I authorize Morwell Media LLC to collect the required 25% booking retainer through HD Photo Hub. I understand that the booking retainer provisionally reserves the appointment and is governed by Morwell MediaÃ???????Ã??????Ã?????Ã????Ã???Ã??Ã?Â¢??s Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy and applicable law.

I understand that I will receive a separate Property-specific Morwell Media LLC Real Estate Photography Agreement & Services Contract through Jotform. The agreement must be signed within 24 hours after booking and no later than 24 hours before the appointment. For a short-notice booking, it must be signed before Morwell Media travels to the Property.

I understand that approved add-ons, travel charges, taxes, credits, or other written order changes may adjust the final balance. The remaining balance becomes due when the completed order and finalized invoice are made available. Clean MLS-ready files, high-resolution files, video, Property Websites, and other downloadable Deliverables may remain restricted until all required charges have been paid and cleared.
